Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including cash, UPI, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. Payment must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Order Confirmation: Your order will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment and verification of product availability.
Delivery: Delivery times vary based on location within Nadia district. We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe at the time of purchase.
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges may apply based on your location. Free delivery may be offered on select products or during promotional periods.
Inspection: Customers are advised to inspect products upon delivery. Any visible damage should be reported immediately.
Professional Installation: We provide professional installation services for all kitchen chimneys. Installation charges are separate unless specified otherwise.
Installation Requirements: Customers must ensure adequate space, electrical connections, and ventilation requirements are met before installation.
Site Readiness: The installation site must be ready before our technician arrives. Any additional work required will be charged separately.
Manufacturer Warranty: All products come with a manufacturer warranty as specified for each model. Warranty periods vary from 1 to 7 years depending on the product.
Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects and motor/suction issues under normal use conditions.
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty Claims: To claim warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact our service center.
Return Policy: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if there are manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
Return Conditions: Products must be in original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
Exchange Policy: Defective products will be replaced with the same model subject to availability. If unavailable, customers may choose a different model or receive a refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or specially ordered products cannot be returned unless defective.
After-Sales Service: We provide comprehensive after-sales service including installation, maintenance, and repairs.
AMC Plans: Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) plans are available for regular servicing and priority support.
Spare Parts: Genuine spare parts are available for all our products. Use of non-genuine parts will void the warranty.
Service Charges: Service charges apply for repairs and maintenance outside the warranty period.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Krishnagar, West Bengal.
